Let me describe the whole scene..

Starting
After greeting everyone, I started to share some of my personal thoughts. I have actually wrote down what to say behind the song lyrics as a guide, but I was still very nervous, and my English started to get broken with all the la and lo. However, I got a compliment from John. Thanks ya.

Jesus, You’re my firm foundation.
This was my first song. It’s a very old song, which normally I wouldn’t choose, but it suits today’s message. The key was a little bit too high for me, but overall, it was okey.

Yours is the Kingdom.
This is a new song, which never been sang before in our church until today. I like this song very very much. It’s a pretty fast song, and a little rocky lol. Besides, the song lyric is very nice too, so I decided to share and introduce this new song to everyone. I’m very grateful to have a very supportive worship team for willing to practice and play hard for this new song. *poke Alvin and Hon Whi*

I could sing of Your love forever.
Some of you might remember that I’ve posted the lyrics of this song here before. I requested the guitarist to play solo at the start and the worship team to transpose the chorus after the bridge. Glad the song went well and hopefully, it touched some of the hearts? Hehe.

Refuge.
I said a prayer when Kevin was playing the intro of this song. I tried not to show my nerve when praying but.. ^^; it was quite obvious I guess. I think I presented this song quite okey. At least I saw people raising up their hands during the chorus. So cool.

How could I live without You.
I love this song very much. It sounds like a love song, the title already shows I guess. This song really touched my heart. I wanted to transpose the chorus, but I didn’t cause I don’t want to trouble the musicians to play so many different chords for so many different songs. Maybe I’ll try it next time. Hehe.

One Desire.
This was the last song, and I didn’t end it well. I should repeat one more chorus before I put an end to it. However, I like the bridge very much. I like how the musicians built up and down the songs, very nice.

Offering
I choosed Stand up for Jesus as the offering song because again, it suits the message of the day. But the key is too high for me, so my mum said that she couldn’t hear my voice. Maybe next time, I should choose a song that is suitable to my voice rather than the message.

Ending
I got some compliments, as well as some very useful comments from the worship team members. Overall, I’ve improved, but I know there’re still lots of room for improvement. I hope I’ve learnt from my mistakes and I know that I can actually do better. I’ll still continue to sing for the Lord anyway. =)

Life is full of surprises, agree? *poke Yvonne*

First.. Although it was quite some time already but anyway.. Yvonne and Kevin did shocked me! Yeah, and I got the privilege to know about their special relationship first, though it took me weeks to ‘reduce’ the ‘electric shock’ given by them. xD I just felt weird when two of good friends suddenly linked together. But now, I think they’re quite a cute couple. x) Just wish them the best. =)

Second.. Another couple that surprised me would be Carmen and Hee Chung. They don’t seemed to have any special connections before they got together. Besides, Hee Chung doesn’t seems to like Carmen very much.. Just.. weird. ^^;

Third.. Not really a surprise. Since my three buddies weren’t entering the class recently, I was supposed to be sitting alone.. But Kar Chun suddenly came and sat beside me, accompanied me these days when my buddies weren’t around. He’s such a nice guy, though we’re not very close. And I do like him, but as friends only. Just wish to know him more and it’ll be cool to have another good friend like him. =)

A week just passed by. Not an ordinary week nor a very special one, but a sneezing-non-stop-and-being-a-sick-cat week lol.. meow. Getting a bit lazy to study now, so decided to blog a little. =P

Quite a number of teachers were absent this week to attend courses, except my ‘beloved’ Chemistry teacher. *sigh. She took advantages of her pregnancy by not entering the class. Worst still, she lied in front of the headmistress and the other teachers that she’s already finishing half of the syllabus, while we’re still in Chapter 2 only, not even 1/3 of the syllabus. Now, she just gave birth to a baby girl and enjoying her 2 months of holidays, leaving us to fail our Chemistry… I just hate her. Darn it.

It should be fun for having so many empty periods, but guess not without my buddies. *sigh. They were busy preparing and practicing for an English drama competition, so.. I was all alone except during recess time. I managed to finish up my homeworks and did some revision though.

Anyway, I read some very simple and funny jokes,

Smart Pills
One day two boys were walking through the woods when they saw some rabbit shit. One of the boys asked, “What is that?” “They’re smart pills,” replied the other boy. “Eat them and they’ll make you smarter.” So he ate them and said, “These taste like shit.” “See,” said the other boy, “you’re already getting smarter.”

It Hurts
Jack’s mother ran into the bedroom when she heard him scream and found his two years old sister pulling his hair. She gently released the little girl’s grip and said comfortingly to Jack, “There, there. She didn’t mean it. She doesn’t know that hurts.” She was barely out of the room when the little screamed. Rushing back in, she asked, “What happened?” “She knows now,” Jack replied.

Having a sore throat, running nose and coughing..
I’m not feeling any better, except my throat after drinking some kind of herbal tea made by my beloved mummy. In fact, I had nose bleeds yesterday, twice and twice 4 times today. If I’m still having another one tomorrow, I’ll definately need to pay the doctor a visit. *sigh*

I just cleared my rubbish bin, but within one day or two, it’s filled with tisues again, some even with bloods.. Yeah, my nose is killing me and my tissues. I need to get some rest, but I don’t feel like skipping school tomorrow for some good reasons.

Just hope I’ll get well soon.

I’m feeling better now after taking some medicine and gladly, no nose bleed today! Lol. Just a little bit headache. Sorry for making you guys worried and thanks so much for being here for me! =) *huggles*
