Time Flies

Another great Sunday.

This morning was my first time being a worship leader, not backup singer nor co-worship leader. I would have to speak, pray and control the whole worship session by myself + we had a guest speaker today! I was so so so so so nervous and did-not-know-what-to-do = blur this morning. But thank God for guiding me and all my friends especially the worship team - Dorcas, Elaine, Alvin, Hon Whi, Jonathan, Amos, Yvonne, Beng En, Kevin and of course my little aunt Caryn for being so supportive and caring. I was glad most of the poeple like my song choices and my mum gave me a quite funny respond, “I finally heard your voice!” Haha~ then, “Overall not bad. Your timing was good and never sang out of tune, but not confident enough and a bit too shy and nervous.” ^^;

I enjoyed today’s sermon very much, spoken by Pas. Rodney Duncan. His talk was very interesting and fun! Lol. Sadly I didn’t get to talk to him because he was busy talking with the others while I got class to attend, so.. sigh. Never mind, next time. But anyway, today’s practice was great. We definately improved and sang better than last week, after having some breathing exercises. Looking forward to learn another new song next week.

After the practice, my family and I went to my cousin, Nicholas birthday bash at the Crown Plaza Mutiara Planter’s Inn. It was actually a buffet lunch. The food was quite nice, especially the fruit pie. I ate a lot.. until now I’m still very full. (I have skipped my dinner too.) Besides food, there was a clown entertaining the people and he was actually very very good. He made everyone to sing birthday song for my cousin and created a little ‘angel’ custome using balloons for my cousin too. Haha.

Everything was cool and fun today. I had another great Sunday.
