"*cut cut"

I gained weight.. O___O

Mum: “Not surprising. Before you got yourself a job, you used to skip breakfast everyday (used to wake up at.. 11pm? heh), and sometimes even lunch. Now? You’re taking all three meals every single day. Haha.” (laugh)

NOOO!!! I’m going to *cut cut CUT!!!
Cut down rice, cut down snacks and sugary food, cut down oily food, cut down meat.. let me die diao suan le la I’m serious. I really need to control my eating habit.. gosh.

Jia you, Faye. You can do it. No, I can’t. T__T

I’m having an ideal weight actually, and I’m not fat. I know I know. But.. yes BUT, I’m having big thigh and a big round face, which is making me.. ARGHHH!! Ugly. (+ it’s the most difficult parts to slim down..) That’s why.. T__T

    Wow you’re not fat at all you know. And gaining weight doesn’t always equal bad.

    If you’re gonna cut down don’t do it too much or you’ll spiral down. As long as you’re healthy, and that you’re eating healthily, that’s what truly matters.

    Aw good luck with that. I just work out daily. Working out makes you gain weight since you develop more muscles, so if you DO work out then that is why.

    Aww, I used to feel the same way too. But I got a plan to stay in shape! 1. Eat healthy (but I always sneak in candy, can’t live without it!) 2. Work out. I usually walk for an hour around the neighbourhood or dance around XD. 3. Drink water! I get bad eating habits sometimes, so I do cardio to balance it. Good luck!
